Spanish AI replies
English first. Spanish after the English flow is rock-solid in production with real clients.
WhatsApp automation
SMS must work end-to-end first. Adding a second messaging channel before the first is proven is a recipe for dropped messages.
AI voice calling
Voice is a different beast — prompt tuning, latency, real-call QA. We get it right before we ship it.
Mobile companion app
The browser experience works on phone today. A native app comes when clients actually need it, not because it sounds nice on a roadmap.

Does not generate leads — it responds to leads from your sources.
Does not replace agent judgment, licensing, or fair-housing compliance.

Agents and brokerages remain responsible for licensing, brokerage policy, fair-housing compliance, advertising rules, disclosures, consent, and approved messaging. Listr AI must not be used to discriminate, steer, screen, or treat leads differently based on protected characteristics — in any language. Brokerages should review prompts, scripts, workflows, and disclosures before launch and reapprove when laws or policies change.
